Thank you for shopping at J&Y Store. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, email us at jy.store.help@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

 

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

 

 

If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Order Cancellations

 

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
